United’s Fall Into The Abyss

I’m jumping on the bandwagon and linking to this story of a United Airlines “loosing” a 10-year old girl at Chicago airport and doing everything in their power to fuck it up even more.

As a parent and business owner this disgusts me at the core.

Can a company be shut down for incompetance?
