The new Washington Husky Stadium is about to be unveiled. The $250mio project has it’s own website announcing the celebrating the road to the home opener on August 31st against Boise State. The site was build by IOMEDIA, which according to their website has 150 people working all around the world and yet they didn’t feel the need to tell the UW that their site should be build responsive. 30% of today’s web traffic is mobile. Students are increasingly using tablets and mobile devices to access the internet, but the newest college football stadium doesn’t need a mobile responsive website.
This is 2013 and the stadium is in Seattle, a hotbed for technology. Pathetic.
