Aside from it being a terrific interview the big question no one seems to ask or to be able to answer is this: If all of the successes like Tattly, CreativeMornings etc. are based on the great bullhorn that having 200,000 followers on Twitter provides, how do you get to that many raving fans. And don’t give me the answer of “just be yourself”. Lots of people are being themselves and have just 20 followers. What’s the “secret sauce” that gets you there. The tenacity, the stamina, the endless nights of pushing yourself as a brand, the constant peddling, answering & @replying and staying in the know and above the fray.
